2 Bedroom apartment has a two full bathrooms. Bath #1 has a tub including shower. Bath #2 has a shower (no tub).

 
Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed plus a twin-sized daybed. Bath with tub with shower for this room is directly across the hall.

 
Bedroom #2 has two double beds. Bathroom with shower for this room is accessible directly from the room.

The Extra Person charge for the 2-Bedroom apartment is a tiered rate as follows:
 Weekends with Breakfast:
Base rate with breakfast for up to 4 persons - $165/night

Each Extra Person - up to 6 persons in total: $20/night for a single night stay, $15/night for a 2-or-more-night stay

Each Extra Person OVER 6 persons in total but equal to or less than 8 persons - $40/night for a single night stay, $35/night for a 2-or-more night stay

For EACH EXTRA PERSON IN EXCESS OF 8 PERSONS - $50/night for a single night stay, or $45/night for a 2-or-more-night stay.		  Midweek 1 or 2 nights
NO Breakfast:
Base rate excluding breakfast for up to 4 persons - $115/night

Each Extra Person - up to 6 persons in total: $15/night for a single night stay, $10/night for a 2-night stay

Each Extra Person OVER 6 persons in total but equal to or less than 8 persons - $30/night for a single night stay, $25/night for a 2-night stay

For EACH EXTRA PERSON IN EXCESS OF 8 PERSONS - $40/night for a single night stay, or $35/night for a 2-night stay.		   Extended Stay Plan:
(3-night minimum stay midweek, or 5-or-more nights including a SINGLE non-holiday weekend) - breakfast not available.
