Guests renting the Great Room as a meeting or get-together room can (with with sufficient adance notice) also rent the Yellow Room as an additional bedroom area. The photos at the left show the Yellow Room set up as an additional bedroom area. The Yellow Room does not have a separate bathroom. Guests using the Yellow Room as an additional bedroom area use the bathroom in the Great Room. When the Yellow Room is rented as an adjunct to the Great Room, the rate is $50/night. There is an additional cost of $6/person for breakfast. Breakfast is only available if we are serving breakfast to Great Room guests. |

Weekends with Breakfast: Base rate with breakfast includes up to 2 persons - $95/night Each Extra Person - up to 4 persons in total: $20/night for a single night stay, $15/night for a 2-or-more-night stay Each Extra Person OVER 4 persons in total but equal to or less than 6 persons - $35/night for a single night stay, $30/night for a 2-or-more night stay Please note: the maximum number of people in the Great Room is 6. |
Midweek 1 or 2 nights NO Breakfast: Base rate excluding breakfast includes up to 2 persons - $75/night Each Extra Person - up to 4 persons in total: $15/night for a single night stay, $10/night for a multiple night stay. Each Extra Person OVER 4 persons in total but equal to or less than 6 persons - $25/night for a single night stay, $20/night for a 2-night stay Please note: the maximum number of people in the Great Room is 6. |
