Cable TV plus comfortable sofa. Full bath with standard tub. Fireplace is decorative only. King Room also has microwave, coffee pot and small refrigertor. Note: If needed, the King Room can also be set up with two twin beds plus the twin-size sofa bed for three persons who each wish their own separate bed. The charge for 3 persons in the King Room with three separate beds is $120/night on weekends including breakfast. |
King Room Rates:
Weekends with full breakfast - March - October $85/night for up to 2 persons
November - February $120/night for up to 2 persons.
Midweek March - October with no breakfast: - $65/night for up to 2 persons.
For an Extra Person, add $20/person/night for a single night, or $15/night for a multiple night stay.

Note: The Dugan Residence accommodations are only available during the months of November through February if no accommodations are available in the Riverboat House. During the months of March through October, the Dugan Residence guest rooms are available both midweek and on the weekends.
Extended Stay Plan is not available for Dugan Residence Guest Rooms
