Queen size bed, plus full-size sofabed provides comfortable sleeping for up to 4 persons. River view to west and south Cable TV plus comfortable recliner and sofa. Full bath has tub with shower, and is accessible via hallway. Note: Bath is not shared, but is non-contiguous; i.e., you need to exit the room and walk down the hallway to the bathroom. Microwave, coffee pot and small refrigerator for guest use are conveniently located in common hallway just outside of the room. |
River Room #2 Rates:
Weekends with Full Breakfast: March - October $85/night for up to 2 persons
November - February $120/night for up to 2 persons.
Midweek March - October with no breakfast: - $65/night for up to 2 persons.
For an Extra Person, add $20/person/night for a single night, or $15/night for a multiple night stay.
Note: The Dugan Residence accommodations are only available during the months of November through February if no accommodations are available in the Riverboat House. During the months of March through October, the Dugan Residence guest rooms are available both midweek and on the weekends.
Extended Stay Plan is not available for Dugan Residence Guest Rooms
