Ohio River House B&B Extended Stay Plan Stays of 3 or more days Note: For longer stays while working in the area, see Temporary/Weekly Lodging. Our small village of Higginsport, is an ideal location from which to venture forth and explore the diversity of southwestern Ohio and northern Kentucky. Daytrip-distance outings range from entertaining the kids with a trip to Coney Island or King's Island, to more adult-oriented attractions such as a tour of the Creation Museum, exploring the Serpent Mound or Old Man's Cave and lots in between. The Ohio River House offers an Extended Stay Plan for guests wishing to stay for more than an overnight or weekend getaway. Our Riverboat House accommodations all have kitchen and living areas as well as sleeping accommodations, making them ideally suited to longer stays. The Extended Stay Plan is available for the Riverboat House Accommodations only for (1) any stay of 3 or more consecutive nights Sunday-Thursday during non-holiday weeks (2) any stay of 3 or more consecutive nights Monday-Thursday during Monday-holiday weeks, or (3) any stay of 5 or more consecutive nights including a SINGLE "non-holiday" weekend. Extended Stay Plan rates for the Riverboat House accommodations (excluding extra person charges) are: Suites, Studios or Great Room $60 per night, 1-BR apartment $75 per night, 2-BR apartment $100 per night for up to the "base number" of persons for the particular unit. The Extended Stay Plan is not available for the individual guest rooms in the Dugan Residence. Breakfast is NOT AVAILABLE for Extended Stay Plan guests.
