The new pool (built in August, 2004) has certainly been a great way to keep the grandkids happily occupied
during the summer, and is also available for use by guests. It is a flat-bottom pool (no deep end) with a
maximum depth of 52 inches.
The pool is 16 ft. by 37 ft. and is heated. The expansive deck area and sun shelter provides a great spot to relax
and enjoy the summer weather. Weather permitting, the pool is open from May through September.
Please note that while guests are welcome to use the pool, any guest-children MUST BE accompanied and
supervised by a parent or other responsible adult. Children are not allowed to use the pool if unsupervised.

The pool is located on the playground area to the east of the Dugan Residence, near the putt-putt course.
