Reservations and Cancellation:

To make a reservation, please give us a call at 937-375-4395- Home, or 937-725-1986 (cell) . To make a firm reservation, we require name, address, phone number and a credit card (Visa or Master Card only; we can not accept American Express, Discover or any other credit card). For individuals making a reservation for a non-holiday weekend a $25 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time a reservation is made. The amount of the deposit is $50 for a holiday weekend. For groups, the amount of the deposit is 25% of the total cost of the stay. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your stay at the time of check-in. If a reservation is subsequently canceled, the deposit is not refunded.

 
Cancellation policy:

Our policy is to charge a Room Holding Fee equal to the rate for the canceled room for EACH canceled night (less the deposit) whenever a reservation is canceled for(1) a weekend or holiday night with less than 7 days advance notice, (2) on a non-weekend night if we have passed up other guests for the reserved room, or (3) in the case of a "no show" (i.e., no prior notice of cancellation).

The Room Holding Fee is for performing the service of holding the room for you for the dates you requested.

If planning for a a Weekend Stay for a group, use the NO Breakfast Weekend Rates. Breakfast can be available at the
cost of $6.00 per person per breakfast with a minimum charge of $50.00. For example, if there are 20 persons in your group
but only 2 persons want to be served breakfast, then the charge for breakfast would be the minimum charge of $50.00

Dugan Residence Guest Rooms

Note: The Dugan Residence accommodations ARE NOT available midweek
(Sunday throughThursday) or during the months of November through March
-except for (a) Holiday weekends, or (b) if needed to accommodate a group that has reserved
all of the accommodations in the Riverboat House.
All Dugan Residence guest rooms are on the 2nd floor, and have private baths and cable TV.
Extended Stay Plan rates are NOT AVAILABLE for the Dugan Residence guest rooms.
