The Riverboat House building houses seven separate units that offer the opportunity for income producing potential. Each unit is fully furnished and fully equipped.
The Riverboat House is climate controlled by a central heat-pump system augmented by electric heat.
In addition to the short-term stay units, this building also contains a large first-floor workshop area suitable for either a woodworking shop, automotive work, or just storage.
The current ownwers have an extensive woodworking and furniture repair shop on the first floor as well as a craft, sewing and upholstery room on the second floor.
The second floor work room is perfect as a "project" room, an office or could be converted to an alternative use.
