Reservations and Cancellation:

To make a reservation, please give us a call at 937-375-4395 (home) or 937-725-1986 (cell) or 937-725-3275 (cell). To make a firm reservation, we require name, address, phone number and a credit card (Visa or Master Card only; we can not accept American Express, Discover or any other credit card). For individuals making a reservation for a non-holiday weekend a $25 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time a reservation is made. The amount of the deposit is $50 for a holiday weekend. For groups, the amount of the deposit is 25% of the total cost of the stay. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your stay at the time of check-in. If a reservation is subsequently canceled, the deposit is not refunded.

Cancellation policy:

Our policy is to charge a Room Holding Fee equal to the rate for the canceled room for EACH canceled night (less the deposit) whenever a reservation is canceled for (1) a weekend or holiday night with less than 7 days advance notice, (2) on a non-weekend night if we have passed up other guests for the reserved room, or (3) in the case of a "no show" (i.e., no prior notice of cancellation).

The Room Holding Fee is for performing the service of holding the room for you for the dates you requested.
